SAINT General Conditions of Sale

1. **Scope of application**
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between SAINT, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any person making a purchase on the SAINT website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. **Products and Prices**
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site at the time of consultation by the Customer. Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, while guaranteeing the Customer the application of the price in effect at the time of validation of the order.
3. **Order and Payment**
The ordering process consists of selecting products, adding them to the cart, confirming the order, and paying. The Customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the payment card to pay for their order. Payments are made online by credit card. The order will only be considered confirmed once payment has been validated.
4. **Delivery**
Delivery times are indicated when the order is placed. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to carriers. Transport risks are borne by the Customer from the moment the products leave the Seller's premises.
5. **Right of Withdrawal**
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
6. **Warranties and Responsibilities**
The products are guaranteed to comply with the legal provisions in force. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the use of the products.
7. **Protection of Personal Data**
The data collected during the order is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Site.
8. **Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction**
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them in full. These General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by the Seller, the modifications then being applicable to all orders placed after the modification date.
